Amberfield is one of three “Fields Club” neighborhoods in Peachtree Corners. These 3 upscale subdivisions offer deluxe three - six bedroom homes with open layouts. Most of these homes have terrace levels and many are beautifully finished with extra living areas. Lush entranceways lead the way into the Fields Club subdivisions, which feature premier swim & tennis facilities. Local natural resources, including the Chattahoochee River and a small lake, were used in their development to enhance the beauty and living experiences of residents.

During construction, builders allowed buyers to customize their homes based on their individual preferences. Homes are known for their light-filled open floor plans and upscale materials, which include extensive hardwood floors, custom cabinetry, and substantial decorative molding.

Amberfield is the largest Fields Club neighborhood with more than 450 homes. Its home interiors are open and bright with lots of windows. Large kitchens with center islands and breakfast bars open into oversized great rooms with fireplaces in most homes, and usually at least one bedroom on the main level. The neighborhood’s large swim and tennis facility includes a junior Olympic pool, kiddie pool and eight lighted tennis courts along with an open-air pavilion, a sport court with basketball hoops and a playground. The club has an active swim team program and swim lessons are available. Many residents play on the Fields competitive ALTA, USTA, and Junior ALTA tennis teams that are run by a USPTA P-1 certified professional. Numerous social events, including cookouts, outdoor movie nights, casino nights, and holiday events are held throughout the year. Fields Club members may use all of the amenities at both Amberfield’s and Riverfield’s Swim/Tennis locations.

Homes in Amberfield are a short walk away from the Fowler YMCA that offers an abundance of exercise and swim classes, summer camps, and a senior center. The neighborhood adjoins The Forum—a favorite destination filled with shops, restaurants, and office space. The Forum’s architecture and park-like setting echo the look and feel of Amberfield.

Education

Peachtree Corners residents enjoy access to award-winning Gwinnett County Public Schools with thriving International Baccalaureate programs available at the middle and high school levels. A large array of Advanced Placement (AP) courses is available to students too. Peachtree Corners students may opt to attend The Paul Duke STEM High School, which focuses on science, technology, engineering and mathematics, or the Japanese-English Language Public Charter School. Shopping, Dining and Entertainment

Upscale shopping  is available at The Forum on Peachtree Parkway where residents pop into its boutiques and specialty shops. Peachtree Corners Town Center is located just across the street and a pedestrian bridge will connect the two complexes in 2019. Their many restaurants range from fine dining to family friendly. For those who prefer to cook at home, both Trader Joes and Sprouts Farmers Market are located in these complexes. Residents find loads of entertainment options at The Town Center’s CinéBistro and Town Green—the site of fun, free events such as movies, concerts, yoga, and family game night.

Activities

Just like the city of Peachtree Corners, all of The Fields Club neighborhoods are extremely walkable. Amberfield was constructed with sidewalks along every street. Peachtree Corners city sidewalks connect all three subdivisions. The rollout of a multi-year plan will continue sidewalk installation until the city is linked. Residents walk, jog, and bike throughout Amberfield all year long and look forward to completion of the City’s Multiuse Trail system. It will wind through beautiful natural assets, such as the Crooked Creek Stream and around part of Echo Lakes; connect with some parts of the Tech Park office areas and the Town Center and Forum Entertainment complexes.

Amberfield is just around the corner from Jones Bridge Park on the Chattahoochee River. It is a well-developed gem, with several pavilions, grills, walking trails, soccer fields, and a large playground. Jones Bridge Park is a River neighbor to beautiful and serene Simpsonwood Park. Pinckneyville Park includes large and active Soccer and Baseball complexes to complement its pond, walking and biking trails, skating bowl, fenced dog park, pavilions, grills, and more. Children love the Town Green’s interactive fountain, slide, and play area.

Robert Fowler YMCA bustles with activity and is literally just around the corner from Amberfield. Several other full-service and specialty fitness centers are located nearby.
