Riverfield is one of 3 upscale subdivisions that make up “The Fields Club” Neighborhoods in Peachtree Corners. They offer deluxe three to six bedroom homes with open layouts. Most of these homes have terrace levels and many are beautifully finished with extra living areas. Lush entranceways lead the way into these subdivisions, which feature premier swim & tennis facilities. Local natural resources, including the Chattahoochee River and a small lake, were used in their development to enhance the beauty and living experiences of residents.
During construction, builders allowed buyers to customize their homes based on their individual preferences. Homes are known for their light-filled open floor plans and upscale materials, which include extensive hardwood floors, custom cabinetry, and substantial decorative molding.
Abutting the Chattahoochee, Riverfield is surrounded by swaths of verdant and forested land. Its open-concept floor plans and various exterior elevations, high ceilings, and banks of windows make for residences filled with luxurious living spaces amidst natural beauty. The open floor plans allow for vaulted family rooms, kitchen islands, breakfast bars, and custom built-ins. Riverfield’s beautifully landscaped entranceway forms a planted boulevard at the beginning of its main street.
The neighborhood features a premier swim and tennis facility. It offers a junior Olympic sized swimming pool and a kiddie pool, shower and changing rooms, barbecue grills, and 8 lighted tennis courts. Lifeguards are on duty during all open pool hours. The club has an active swim team program and swim lessons are available. Many residents play on the Fields competitive ALTA, USTA, and Junior ALTA tennis teams that are run by a USPTA P-1 certified professional. An open field for soccer or football and a baseball diamond with a backstop provide a place for softball or baseball pick up games.
Additionally, there is a wonderful clubhouse that is used for Fields Club social events and can be rented by members for personal gatherings. Year-round events include adult socials, movie nights, pool parties, holiday gatherings, teen events, live music, a fall carnival, tennis round robins, barbeques, and camp outs.
The River Front walking and jogging trail, running along the Chattahoochee River, adds a unique amenity to the Riverfield site and is available to all Fields Club members.
